Key West Auto Shipping is operated by In-N-Out Keys, a veteran-owned Florida carrier. Not a booking agent, not a lead form — the company that actually moves the vehicle.
Built for one road.
In-N-Out Keys was founded in 2023 by Steven Jankowski, a U.S. Army veteran. Day-to-day operations are run by Tony Macchione, who has been in vehicle transport since 2007, hauling for another carrier before joining.
The company exists because of a specific gap. Vehicles move in and out of Monroe County constantly — military families, seasonal residents, dealerships, contractors — and most national carriers will quote the route without being equipped to service it. The vehicle gets as far as Homestead and the customer gets a phone call.
Within Florida, In-N-Out Keys owns the equipment and employs the drivers. There is no brokering, no handoff, and no dispatch centre between you and the person running the job. For routes reaching outside the state, vehicles are placed with vetted partner carriers — carriers used repeatedly, not selected by lowest bid — while the Keys leg stays in-house.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A broker cannot promise you a date, because they do not yet know who is hauling your car. A carrier can.
