How to Prep Your Bike
- Clean it so the condition report is accurate.
- Take dated photos from every side, plus close-ups of any existing marks.
- Remove loose gear. Saddlebag contents, GPS units, phone mounts and covers.
- Check fluids and the battery. Note any leaks.
- Leave a low fuel level. Enough to ride on and off.
- Tell us about modifications. Extended forks, lowered suspension, fairings or trikes can affect how the bike is loaded.
Salt Air and Your Bike

Payment
We prefer COD whenever possible, and it works for Keys deliveries. Every carrier accepts COD, but not every carrier takes billed payments, so paying on delivery lets us line up the best carrier for your route. If your bike is leaving the Keys, payment may be split since a separate transporter is usually used. We’ll work it out with you before booking.
