For Buyers: Getting Your New Car Home
Found the right car in Miami, Orlando or a few states away? You don’t have to make the long drive to pick it up and then drive it back down the Overseas Highway. We can pick it up at the dealership and bring it to your driveway or a nearby meet spot.
What to Do Before Pickup
- Finish the paperwork first. Make sure the sale is complete and the dealer knows a carrier is coming.
- Get a dealer contact. Give us the salesperson or delivery coordinator’s name and number.
- Ask about plates and registration. Your dealer can tell you what will travel with the car.
- Confirm hours. Dealers usually release vehicles only during business hours.
On Delivery Day

For Dealers: Delivering to Keys Customers
If you sell to buyers in Key West or the Lower Keys, we can be your delivery partner for the last stretch. We are a direct carrier for all of Florida, so Florida dealer runs into the Keys are handled by our own team.
- Certificates of insurance. Many dealerships ask for a COI before releasing vehicles. Let us know and we’ll provide it.
- Local same-day runs. For dealers in the Keys or nearby, ask about local runs, which depend on schedule and availability.

Out-of-state dealer shipments usually ride with an interstate transporter to Florida, and then we take them down the Keys.
Used Cars, Private Sales and Auctions
The same process works for used vehicles from a dealer, a private seller or an auction. For private sales, make sure the seller knows the pickup window and has the keys and any required release ready.

Payment
We prefer COD whenever possible, and it works for Keys deliveries. Every carrier accepts COD, but not every carrier takes billed payments, so paying on delivery lets us line up the best carrier for your route.
